Indian Lake House Weekly Summer Rental Rates:
July - August $2295 - 2695 / week
September - June - $1495 - $1995 / week
Weekend and Daily rates available upon request.
Longer rental terms considered in the winter. No students.
$500 Security and cleaning deposit and $500 deposit required to reserve.

Fees

Cleaning:
Tenants should leave house clean.
Our cleaning service will inspect and address any additional cleaning if required.
Additional cleaning is billed at $35 per hour.

Availability

The house is available for daily, weekly, or monthly rental year round. Weekly rentals are preferred and are scheduled from Saturday 1pm to Saturday 11 am, however special requests are always considered. Call or email us with your desired travel dates and we will get back to you right away.
